Terms & Conditions
By making a booking with The Coral Club Whitsundays, the Charterer acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by The Coral Club.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.

A deposit of $500.00 is required to secure your booking unless otherwise stated.
Bookings made within 14 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
Final payment and confirmed guest numbers are due 14 days prior to departure.
Guest numbers may increase after final confirmation (subject to vessel capacity) but cannot decrease.
Additional guests or services requested after final payment may incur additional charges.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, EFT or credit card. Credit card processing fees may apply.

More than 60 Days Prior
Guests may choose:
A refund less a $500 administration fee; or
A credit valid for 12 months from the cancellation date.
60–28 Days Prior
A credit for the full amount paid, valid for 12 months.
28–14 Days Prior
The booking deposit is non-refundable.
Any additional payments may be refunded at the discretion of The Coral Club.
Less than 14 Days Prior
All monies paid are non-refundable.
Rescheduling a charter is considered a cancellation and subject to the above policy.

The Coral Club operates rain, hail or shine.
Our vessel is equipped with undercover lounge areas and weather protection to ensure guest comfort.
Charters will only be cancelled if conditions are deemed unsafe by the Captain. In the event of a weather-related cancellation by The Coral Club, guests will be offered a credit or alternative date.

Should unforeseen mechanical issues occur, The Coral Club reserves the right to:
Issue a full refund

The Coral Club supports responsible alcohol consumption.
The Captain and crew reserve the right to:
Refuse boarding to intoxicated guests.
Refuse further alcohol consumption.
Terminate a charter without refund if guest behaviour places others at risk.
No illegal substances are permitted onboard.

The Charterer is responsible for the conduct of all guests.
The Coral Club reserves the right to terminate a charter without refund if guests:
Behave in a dangerous, abusive or disruptive manner.
Fail to follow crew instructions.
Damage the vessel or its property.
Place the safety of others at risk.

Children are welcome onboard and must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.
Approved life jackets are carried onboard in accordance with Australian Maritime Safety requirements.

To protect our beautifully restored vessel:
High heels may be restricted onboard.
Guests may be asked to remove footwear before boarding.
Barefoot cruising is encouraged.

Swimming may be permitted during selected charters at the Captain's discretion.
Guests swim entirely at their own risk and must follow all crew directions.
Swimming is strictly prohibited while intoxicated.

The Charterer agrees to cover the cost of any damage caused by members of their group beyond reasonable wear and tear.
Excessive cleaning fees may apply where required.

Additional charges may apply for:
Charter extensions
Additional guests
Catering upgrades
Styling requests
Entertainment services
Water transfers
Special event requests
Any additional costs incurred during the charter may be charged to the booking holder.

Guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
The vessel will depart at the scheduled time and late arrivals may result in reduced charter time.

The Coral Club accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought onboard.

Photography and videography may be captured during events and used for promotional purposes.
Guests who do not wish to appear in marketing content should notify The Coral Club prior to departure.

All guests participate in activities onboard at their own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Coral Club Whitsundays, its owners, employees, contractors and crew accept no liability for injury, loss, damage or expense arising from participation in the charter experience except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

The Captain has absolute authority regarding:
Passenger safety
Vessel operations
Charter routes
Weather decisions
Swimming activities
Alcohol service
All decisions made by the Captain are final.

By paying a deposit, making a booking or boarding The Coral Club, the Charterer acknowledges they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to communicate them to all members of their group.
